When using KWIZ Email Activity you must configure Email Exchange Server if the following will be used:

• Emails will be sent to external users,
• Including attachment files

There are a few ways to access the Email settings:

1. Go to this url: https://apps.kwizcom.com/products/foundation/Pages/Default.aspx?SPHostUrl=[insert Site url]
2. Go to the Site that will need the Email setup > Open KWIZ settings > Select the ... in the top right > Select Server Access
3. Within your workflow activity you will see this message, click the link to access the Email server settings

   

All will show the Admin Settings, select Email server to continue:

To configure the Email exchange server please follow the steps below:

1. Select the Server type, choose from
   1. Office365 is Exchange Online server. In order to use this server you would need to provide the Login and Password
      
      
   2. Custom (SMTP) - collect and configure all the options
      
      

Once Setup your emails will send as expected to external people and with file attachments
