This article explains how to add ProvisionPoint into Teams tabs or to SharePoint using the unique URLs of the app.
 
ProvisionPoint has a Teams app that can be added to your existing Teams environment, allowing you to stay within Teams to configure or make requests with the app.  To find out more about setting this up read Install ProvisionPoint Teams App article.

To add a link via Teams or SharePoint to the request page, simply use the ProvisionPoint instance Url (listed in the table below, followed by /request
 
Additional filters can also be added, using ? at the end of the url
  1. hideBanner = hides the ProvisionPoint banner
  2. hideNav = prevent navigation to another page
Both can be used together to show only the one page you want.

Link to the ProvisionPoint Info Page to Teams Tab

When configuring your Teams Service Definitions, the info page can be added to a tab in a channel.
This would give:
  1. Owners access to the Actions to make changes
  2. All Owners and members access to the info, timeline and Lifecycle tabs.
Follow the instructions below to configure this:
  1. Open your Service Definition
  2. Go to the Channels tab
  3. Create a Tab 
    1. Set it as a website
    2. Set the Tab order
    3. Add Content Url:
       {app_domain}/service-instance/{service_instance_id}/info?hideBanner=true&hideNav=true OR {app_domain}?SiteUrl={SiteUrl}&hideBanner=true&hideNav=true 
    4. Add Website Url: 
      {app_domain}/service-instance/{service_instance_id}/info?hideBanner=true&hideNav=true  OR {app_domain}?SiteUrl={SiteUrl}&hideBanner=true&hideNav=true 
  4. Save the tab
  5. Click Done
  6. Save your Service Definition
    Once requested it will show the info page you can see from the ProvisionPoint Workspaces Directory.
 

Other ProvisionPoint URLs

Each page/tab in ProvisionPoint has unique URLs, these can be used to navigate to a specific locations throughout the app:
Use the links below to navigate to the relevant place for your requirements.
 
For each of these there is a {ServiceInstanceID} mentioned. This is a unique id assigned to each requested site/team/plan or community.
This number would need to be found and used instead of the {ServiceInstanceID}. It can be found in the URL when you are viewing the page in ProvisionPoint or can be collected from the export of the directory (Id column).
 
  1. The directory info page to see an overview of the creation
     https://[insertprovisionpointinstance]/service-instance/{ServiceInstanceId}/info OR https://[insertprovisionpointinstance]?SiteUrl={SiteUrl}
  2. The timeline to see the history of changes
     https://[insertprovisionpointinstance]/service-instance/{ServiceInstanceId}/timeline
  3. The Actions page to make changes to the workspace
     https://[insertprovisionpointinstance]/service-instance/{ServiceInstanceId}/actions

    1. Actions have additional options to navigate to a specific category using ?initialTab=Category name, for example, Expiry.
      https://[insertprovisionpointinstance]/service-instance/{ServiceInstanceId}/actions?initialTab=Expiry


    2. Or to navigate to a specific action by adding the action type id https://[insertprovisionpointinstance]/service-instance/{ServiceInstanceId}/actions/22
