1. Get a Summary of workspaces, including:
   
   1. Which types of Workspaces are in use,
   2. Is it active, 
   3. Who are the Owners,
   4. Is it orphaned,
   5. Storage information
2. Quickly identify risks:
   
   1. The level of access granted to a Guest,
   2. Where content has been shared externally,
   3. Where the largest volume of storage is being used 
      1. Look into file level storage to locate large files or documents with a lot of versions
   4. Find Sites and Teams that are no longer active
