Workspace Settings
The name and setup of the workspaces will be displayed, as well as the Service Definition it is linked to.
Int he example below I can see the sharing, guest, visibility in ProvisionPoint at a quick glance. At the top of the page, actions can be accessed to make changes and the user can view the timeline history of the workspace.
The links will vary depending on the service type selected. and if you have associated it to a Hub Site. The example above is a Microsoft Team so has the Teams link, the Site link and the Hub Site.
When a custom form is linked to your requests the data can be shown on the info page.
When creating the form, set whether the column should be displayed using "Show on info".
If this is also how you choose to manage Owners we recommend this is always set to be shown.
Owners
The Owners of the request will be displayed in 1 of two ways.
When using our standard request form, the Owners appear at the bottom of the info page:
When using a custom request form, the additional metadata and the Owners will be displayed with the other metadata, you can choose the order of those fields.
In the example image for additional metadata, the owners are listed under Primary and Secondary Site Owners fields.
Lifecycle
If a Lifecycle policy has been linked to your service definition you will see the lease countdown and if it has been updated by actions or expiry policy changes.
You can also add the Lifecycle tab to see which stages are due to run when the expiry date is reached and when that will be. This is optional.
Compliance
If Compliance policies are linked to the Service Definition the admins can choose if the latest result will be displayed to users with visibility
