We are excited to announce an enhancement to our KWIZ Forms and DVP products that will streamline your experience and ensure you're getting the most out of your investment.

What's New: Auto-Activation of Features

We're introducing a new "Automatic" mode for feature activation. This mode will be set as the default for all sites, ensuring that all features included in your license are immediately available upon deployment of KWIZ Modern Apps on your tenant.

Key Benefits:

  1. Instant Access: No more manual activation required - your purchased features are ready to use right away.
  2. Simplified Management: Reduce administrative overhead with automatic feature deployment across your sites.
  3. Flexibility: Choose between three activation modes to suit your needs:
    • Automatic (default): All licensed features activated automatically
    • Advanced: Manually select which features to activate
    • Trial: Test new features before committing

How It Works:

  • After deployment, KWIZ Forms and DVP features will be automatically activated on all your sites.
  • Features will be available at both site and list levels, depending on their configuration.
  • You can easily switch between modes or start a trial of additional features through the KWIZ Apps Settings in your site settings.
Where to find it:
  • Site-Level Settings:
    • Use the gear icon next to a feature to configure its settings.
  • List-Level Settings:
    • Navigate to list settings to adjust feature configurations at the list or library level.
    • For more information on configuring features, visit the Configuring features in your list section.
