Scheduled Workflows are triggered on a set schedule.
On each run, a scheduled workflow queries the list to find all items that fulfill the conditions, and the action then runs on each item found.

There are runtime throttling limits:

• Each run is limited to 50 items (5 during trial)
• Total number of runs per month is 200 (50 during trial)
• Purchasing more runs is available.

In order to configure Scheduled Workflows, please follow the steps below;

1. In list/Library, click on "KWIZ Apps" and select gear icon besides "Workflows" feature.
   
2. Click + Add Workflow > New Scheduled Workflow
   
   
3. Complete the Settings for the workflow
   1. Name of workflow
   2. Description of what its intended use is
   3. Enabled to run
   4. Scheduled days and hours
      
      
4. Add any Conditions
   
   
5. Insert activities or activity groups or variables to build out what your schedule will do
   
   
   1. When the + Insert activities option is chosen you can create new activities, or use ones that already exist
      
      
   2. When the +Insert activity group is selected, a group area is added,
      1. click edit this to define the conditions for the activities in the group
      2. Select the tile to add activities
         
         
6. Once you have added all elements Click Save or Apply to keep editing
