Once a Compliance Policy or the 'Check Compliance' Action has been run, the results of the check will be displayed in 2 places:
- The Job Queue > Compliance
- Each Workspace Timeline
This article focuses on the Timeline and the data that will be visible to users.
Workspace Timeline
For each Workspace, the information about the request and a Timeline showing can be found, go to the Directory > Info > Timeline, this will show the history of any actions or automated tasks that have been run on the workspace.
NOTE:
All users with visibility of the workspace will be able to see the timeline information.
Directory Visibility can be restricted if needed.
For Compliance the Manual Check Compliance action will always be displayed
For schedule runs only non-compliant runs that have made a change will be displayed
Additional information can be displayed by clicking the
to look at what was completed for each request.
