v1.11 Lifecycle & Notifications

Features:
- New Action - Extend Lease
- When linking your lifecycle policy choose the number of days to be set by the Action, giving more static extend options for users.
- Teams Notifications - Create Teams adaptive cards, instead of or as well as email notifications
- Leverages an updated ProvisionPoint Teams app and bot
- Teams approval notifications automatically add buttons for Approve of Reject without the need to access ProvisionPoint to progress the approval
- Teams Lifecycle Reminders allow addition of buttons for Archive, M365 Archive, Extend Lease action (New!) and Delete in Microsoft
- Customisation of all notifications in ProvisionPoint, header, footer, subject, content and recipients* can be defined
- All notifications will be enabled by default using your choice of notification provider.
The Creation, failure and Action emails will be managed in your Service Definition.
Approval, Lifecycle and Compliance will be managed in their setup areas - Approval assigned & completed (*no adjustment of recipients)

- Which template will be used - System Default or customise your own
- Language variations for all notifications- To support users that have different languages requirements.
When the language is set in ProvisionPoint for the users, create a variant in that language that will be used.
- If the admin defines the language for all, create your notifications in one of our supported languages
- If you allow the user to choose their language, ProvisionPoint will automatically send the language variant you have created.
- Existing notifications tags will also translate allowing you to leverage our built in options
