Delegated rules allow you to group set-expiry rules together and only apply a change when all preceding rules are confirmed as true.

Instead of adding 7 days when a site is modified and another 7 days when the Team channel is active (totaling 14 days), it will only set 7 days if both policies checks are true.

1. Create + New Rule that will set expiry
2. Add the configuration for the check
   
   1. Set any conditional checks
   2. Set the duration
   3. If multiple rules are added and you need both to be true before you add days, set the operation type to Delegated

3. The final rule will be Delegated - Set Expiry, this will add 7 days if both the Site has been modified and the Teams channel has activity
