• • The administrator will add a field with a User field type and named  'CopiedMovedBy' to the list/document library.
  • During the Copy/Move process, check if the field with the internal name 'CopiedMovedBy' exists.
  • If the field exists, set the current user as the value of the field.
  • If the field doesn't exist, ignore the step.
