Please read this article if you would like to highlight rows based on a time frame using Conditional Formatting app.

 

1. In your list or library, create a Calculated field 'MinutesFromCreate' with formula: =(NOW()-Created)*1440

2.  Select KWIZ Apps > Conditional Formatting to open the settings page, add conditions based on the calculated field
