Overview

This article explains how to verify that the KWIZ Forms license has been successfully activated.

Steps to Check License Status

1. Navigate to the KWIZ Apps Settings Page.

Click the settings (cogwheel) icon in the top-right corner of your SharePoint site, then select KWIZ Apps Settings from the dropdown menu

2. Access the KWIZ Forms Info Menu

In the top-right corner, click the three dots (crumbs menu).

3. Open About KWIZ Forms

From the dropdown menu, select About KWIZ Forms.

4. Review License Information

A panel will open displaying details about the license status.
