If you wish to add text blocks to a form to add additional guidance or information, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click on KWIZ Apps in the ribbon to open the KWIZ Apps settings page for the list.
  2. Click on a gear icon besides Form Builder.
  3. Under the "Groups / Tabs" section, click on New Group to create a new group where you can add your text block.
  4. In the Name field, enter a name for the new group.
  5. In the Group Layout section, add a new row and select Text cell as the cell type.
  6. Click Edit content in the Text cell, and enter the instructions or message you want displayed in the form. This Text cell will appear as read-only.
    Example: If you enter: Please make sure to add your full name, this message will appear as a non-editable instruction in the form.
  7. This is how your read-only text block will appear to users filling out the form.
