ProvisionPoint can be added to Microsoft Teams as a custom app allowing you to open our app from within MS Teams. 

If you do not have a copy of the ProvisionPoint Teams app, please Download the ProvisionPoint Teams App then follow the instructions below:
 
A Teams Admin is required to upload the custom App.
Ensure your Teams app policies support Custom apps.
 
 
  1. Log in to Teams Admin Center with a Teams admin account https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/ 
  2. Check your org wide app settings to ensure custom apps are supported, a policy can be used to limit who can use the apps later.
  3.  Go to Teams Apps > Manage Apps > Actions > + Upload new app.

  4. Select the ProvisionPoint app Zip file
  5. ProvisionPoint will be added to your list of apps
    1. Go to Users and Groups to define who can install and see the availability
  6. Go to Setup Policies to define if the app will be auto installed or pinned for specific users
    1. Microsoft recommend that a new policy is created 
    2. This can take a number of days to take effect, this is a Microsoft delay.
    3. Finally manage the users who get the policy via Group policy assignment or Manage users

This will ensure the apps are available to the users defined.
