1. Leverage Azure Security Groups to define who can request each template
2. Collect additional information using columns & forms
3. Set security options, privacy, guest access and external sharing
4. Apply Naming conventions to the name and the URL/mailbox
5. Apply Blocked words to Names, URLs & text fields
6. Assign Approval processes to creations or Actions
7. Send Notification emails
8. Create standard, private or shared Channels in Teams
   
   1. Add tabs to channels
9. Update the default Documents library or create additional Lists or Document Libraries with additional settings
   
   1. Sync Content Types
   2. Add Folders
   3. Set versioning & limits
   4. Set default retention on the libraries/lists
   5. Set default sensitivity labels on the libraries/lists
10. Associate to Hub Sites or create Hub Sites
11. Leverage Webhooks to add pre or post automation
12. Apply PnP templates to your SharePoint Sites
13. Export request details to combined SharePoint Lists 
14. Apply Compliance Policies to run scheduled checks for organizational requirements
15. Apply changes through Actions with approval or with unique permissions
16. Manage the lifecycle of the workspace using lifecycle reminders and expiry actions like automatic archiving for Teams
17. A fully integrated API to allow access to our features via your own applications
