I have purchased a KWIZ product and would like to activate the license to start working with the product.

To activate your KWIZ features or Tool, you will need your Account number and Invoice number. 
These can be found on the invoice you received from KWIZ Sales or a KWIZ partner after purchasing the product.

 

Once you have your account number and invoice number,

1. Go to KWIZ Account License Management
2. Enter the Account ID and the Invoice Number and click Manage Licenses
   
   
3. Add your Tenant ID or Tenant name in the provided field near the purchased feature. You will see the feature name on the right, along with the license expiration date

   1. If you don't know your Tenant ID, you can retrieve it using the following URL: https://gettenantpartitionweb.azurewebsites.net/ 

      1. To find your Tenant ID, simply enter the tenant name or the tenant's GUID in the search box, and click Lookup Tenant.
         
         

       

      
      

4. Click the save changes button.  

5. Clear your browser cache to ensure changes take effect. Make sure to select "All time" in the time range.
