This article explains how to configure a YouTube app, to be added to a channel tab when a Microsoft Team is created.

In order to complete the configuration in ProvisionPoint Workspaces, the ID of the YouTube video is required. To retrieve the ID,

Click on the Share button, in YouTube, for the video you want to include in Team.
Copy the ID from the end of the share URL which is displayed.

To configure a YouTube tab complete the following steps:

Log in as an App Manager and go to Admin > Service Definitions > Channels,
Click 'No tabs' on the Channel where the YouTube tab is to be included.
Click + New Tab
Configure the tab as follows
- Display Name - Add the name of the Tab as you want it displayed in teams
- App type - Select YouTube from the list
- Tab placement - The order of the Tab after Posts and Files
- entityId - Leave Blank
- contentUrl - https://tabs.teams.microsoft.com/Youtube/Home/YoutubeTab?videoId=[ID of video]
- removeUrl - Leave Blank
- websiteUrl - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=[ID of video]
Click Done to set the settings for the Tab
Click Done again to set the settings for the Channel.
Save the changes to the Service Definition.

Once a new request is made the Channel tabs will be created and your video will be visible.
