Why is this error displayed and how can it be resolved?

Cause

A Service account setup in ProvisionPoint is being used for the request, the token for the Service Account has not been authenticated for SharePoint Online. 

Resolution

  1. An app manager will need to navigate to ProvisionPoint Admin > Settings > Service Accounts,
  2. Edit the current Service Account
  3. Click the Authenticate button for SharePoint Online
  4. Apply the password for the service account listed, to store a new token.
  5. Replay your failed jobs.
