Navigate to the "Workflows" feature in KWIZ Apps list settings.
Create or edit an Email activity by opening an existing workflow or by creating a new workflow
Ensure the "Activity Type" field, is set to"Email" from the dropdown menu.
In the "Name" field, provide a name for the activity.
Optionally add a description.
Fill in all the fields in the "Properties" tab.
Note that "Subject" and "Body" are mandatory.
To add an links to the bosy within the Body section create a link and add the URL to open
To add an item from SharePoint list, in the "Body" section, create a hyperlink using the list URL with the list ID, and add =[ID]
Expand for example:
1. 1. If you don't know the list item URL, you can check it by choosing the current item from the list and clicking "edit". Then click on "Copy link" option.
If you wish to generate a link leading to the location of a new document in SharePoint library, in the "Body" section, create a hyperlink using the document library item ID URL, and then replace "item ID" with =[ID]
Expand for example
1. 1. If you don't know the document library item ID URL, you can check it by choosing any file within your document library, select "More" from the dropdown menu, and choose "Properties". Then click on "Copy link" option.
Add any other elements to your workflow, conditions etc
Save the Workflow
