A license is required to use ProvisionPoint. There are 2 types of licenses available:
- Trial - 30 day trial of the app features, this is applied whenever a consent is completed
- Full - Once purchased your license will update to full and additional features can be enabled.
- Education Tenant for Teams
- Compliance Policies
The app will show the status of your license.
Trial License
A free trial is available for 30-days from the date of consent all consents will start as a trial. The number of days left on your Trial License can be viewed via the license indicator (clock icon) on the top right of the banner. When you click on the clock, you will be able to see some additional information.
When your trial expires, you will no longer have access to the app and will see an access denied screen when loading.
Full License
When a license has been converted from a Trial to a Full license, the license indicator will no longer be visible. Instead, access your license details via the Admin > Settings > App settings > License. This section is read-only.
Renewal
When a full license is 30 days from expiry, the license indicator (clock icon) will be displayed in the top banner and will show the remaining days left until your license will need to be renewed, click on the clock to view more information.
Your account manager will already be in touch to arrange the renewal of your app. An account management call can be arranged to ensure you know all the features and updates that have occurred.
Please contact your account manager to discuss the extension of your license.
If the renewal date is passed, you will no longer have access to the app and will see an access denied screen when loading up the app.
