There may be times during your application lifecycle with ProvisionPoint that reconsenting is required.

This will ensure you have the latest permissions set to get the best out of the app. Please check the release notes to see if reconsent is required for a new feature.

 

1. Login to ProvisionPoint as Global Admin who is a member of the App Manager role and go to Admin > Settings > App Settings 
   
2. Scroll down to the App Consent area & Click 'Consent ProvisionPoint Permissions' you will be prompted to log in
   
   
   
3. Click 'Accept' to reconsent the app.
   

Once consent is complete new features will now work. Please review the ProvisionPoint Release Notes 2026 for more information about the permissions.
