Check Compliance
Expand to read more about the Action: Check Compliance
The Check compliance action will only be visible if a managed compliance policy is active on the service definition.
Requesting this Action will allow a managed compliance policy to be run ad-hoc on the workspace. A List of all available policies will be displayed, select the policy to run and click submit. Expiry policies are not supported in this action.
The results of the check can be seen in the Timeline and by the App Managers in the Policy Job Queue. Unlike a scheduled compliance check the timeline will display the results even if there is no non-compliance found.
Please note if you have a compliance check with no schedule set at policy or service definition level, this is the only way to run the check, the API can be used to run this on multiple workspaces.
This can be to check if a workspace is now compliant after manual changes or other actions have been run.
Change Storage Quota
Expand to read more about the Action: Change Storage Data
The storage quota of sites can only be managed via ProvisionPoint if your SharePoint Admin Centre is set to use manual limits. To understand more about manual limits read the Storage Quota and Manual Limits article.
Use this action to amend the storage of the Site. The current quota will be displayed. Apply the total storage to set and the warning level, then submit.
If you try to increase the storage quota above the maximum the admins allow it will display an error and prevent the change:
These limits are defined in the Overview tab of the service definition.
The results will be displayed on the timeline and in the SharePoint Admin centre.
